As we evaluate your particular cleaning scope, RTI will establish the overall cleaning strategy for the unit(s) and calculate the amount of chemistry that will be required for the task. The planning continues with detailed walkarounds on the unit, a PFD of the primary Vaporganic cleaning plan and a mechanical needs list. In addition, we create a timeline chart of the application. RTI’s Operations Team will study your current shutdown procedures and optimize (marry) the clearing plan with the cleaning plan.
The Operations professionals who plan the project are joined by other Operations Managers who execute the cleaning in the field. Depending upon the unit, our chemistry is applied with steam, nitrogen, hydrogen or other carriers. Your company fully participates in the planning strategy and we work with your Operations team to insure a safe and successful application. We commonly clean single vessels and exchangers, sometimes using in situ methods. Also, RTI has years of experience cleaning some of the largest, most complex process units in North America. We consider it a privilege to serve your company.
