The Texas Gulf Coast has experienced unprecedented flooding during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, and it may be days or weeks before the waters recede. We can all help right now. We encourage you to pray for the hurting, to give to any number of support organizations, to volunteer your gifts, and to find opportunities to help your neighbors.

To receive help during a flood, call 911; due to the high call volume, just stay on the line until it is answered. You may also call the Houston Command Center for the US Coast Guard at (281)-464-4851 through 4855. Also, constantly monitor local media for evacuation zones, and shelter locations.
If you need post flood assistance, you can contact FEMA by registering at www.DisasterAssistance.gov or by calling (800) 621-FEMA (3362). They can assist you with grants, housing assistance, other services.
